ATIS Corp Bhd's plan to list 51%-owned subsidiary Genetec Technology Bhd
on Mesdaq is on track and is targeted for completion by the middle of next year.
Genetec, which designs and makes customised high-end machines for industrial use, submitted its first application in November last year. A second proposal was submitted in April to incorporate Genetec’s merger plans with Sapura Telecommunications Bhd unit Pejuta (M) Sdn Bhd.
