SIME UEP Properties Bhd should see a higher operating profit this financial year ending June 30, 2005, helped by competitively priced residential products from its major property development projects.

A foreign research house said better expectations would be derived from unbilled sales of RM300mil and between RM600mil and RM700mil of new launches from Putra Heights, Sime UEP Industrial Park, and USJ in the Klang Valley, and Taman Pasir Putih in Johor Baru.
