EQUINE Capital Bhd sees its latest township development, Crescentia Park in Batu Kawan, Penang, as a springboard to move up the property industry ranks and venture into new markets outside its stronghold in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
Executive chairman Datuk Patrick Lim said the township, developed 20km south of Butterworth by the group's 23% owned associate Abad Naluri Sdn Bhd, was destined to be a model township with none of the usual barrack-style layout found in most developments.
