THE International Advertising Association (IAA) World Congress, to be held in Beijing from Sept 7 to 10, will focus on return on investment (ROI) and measurement.
IAA Malaysia chapter vice-president Tay Ai Leen said in a statement: “In this challenging environment where media fragmentation has forced advertisers to scrutinise and evaluate their media choices more prudently, the debate on the critical topic of ROI and measurement promises to provide enlightening insights.”
