YTL Corp Bhd may report a rise in profit to a seven-year high as the US dollar's decline boosted its earnings from Britain and Australia.
YTL, which is expected to post its latest earnings later this month, may report a 47% increase in net income to RM753mil for the year to June from RM511mil a year earlier, based on the median estimate of six analysts surveyed. That would be the biggest rise in five years.
