A company owned by former Renong Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Halim Saad will develop a RM250mil industrial park at Pengkalan Hulu near the Malaysia-Thai border.
To be developed by Puri Development Sdn Bhd, the Northgate Manufacturing Park is expected to become a passport and duty-free area, subject to approval from the Federal Government.
