Finding her niche in Indian ware

LIKE many new housing estates in this country, Kota Kemuning in Shah Alam is served by a satellite of business and trading establishments that offer a wide range of goods and services. One of these is LaTaSa Creation, a boutique and handicraft store that opened for business two months ago.

LaTaSa Creation owner, Ruby Jakobs, 33, says she opened the store, which sells traditional Indian clothes such as hand embroidered blouses, skirts and pants, Punjabi suits, sarees and kurtis from India, to have something to do during her spare time.
