MK Land Holdings Bhd had completed and sold 37,521 property units with a gross development value (GDV) of RM4.1bil in the last 4½ years, executive chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar said.
At least 90% of these properties were in Selangor and the remaining in Perak and Kedah, he said.
He said the company targeted to complete a total of 107,000 units of various properties with a GDV of RM20bil on 2719.6ha over eight years.
In the next 3½ years, MK Land would complete the balance 69,479 units, he said on Wednesday after Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohd Tajol Rosli Ghazali visited Taman Klebang Putra in Jalan Kuala Kangsar where Zaman Teladan Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MK Land, is carrying out a mixed development project.
Mustapha Kamal said the Taman Klebang Putra project, which had a GDV of RM287mil and began at the end of last year, would be completed in 2007.
