STATS ChipPAC Malaysia Sdn Bhd, one of STATS ChipPAC Ltd's six key semiconductor test and assembly sites worldwide, expects revenue from the Malaysian facility to grow by between 30% and 40% this year due to higher demand for its services.
The company had also achieved a 30% growth in revenue last year, STATS ChipPAC Malaysia president and managing director J.A. Lew said, without disclosing the sales figures.
