Selangor Dredging opens registration for bungalows and houses

Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) is holding a registration drive for its Amansari semi-detached and bungalows project in Puchong at the Puchong Giant Hypermarket. The registration drive ends on Sunday. The 20-acre development, on leasehold land, is located next to Jalan Puchong, will have 116 units of semi-detached units and 26 bungalow units. 

The semi-detached units will be priced from RM730,000 and the bungalow units from RM1.05mil. Bumiputra buyers are entitled to a 7% discount.
