KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia External Trade Development Corporations (Matrade) network of offices will be expanded from the current 24 to 32 offices by 2006 to enhance Malaysias presence overseas, International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz said.
This year, Matrade plans to open an office in Cairo and to station marketing officers in Bangkok, Manila and Jakarta, she said in her speech at Matrades annual dinner here last night.
