Intan Utilities up 4 sen on Vista Meranti offer

INTAN Utilities Bhd shares rose 4 sen or 1.9% to RM2.14 yesterday after the water treatment and management firm received a conditional offer from major shareholder Vista Meranti Sdn Bhd to acquire all the remaining shares it does not own for RM2.25 per share cash. 

On Wednesday, Intan received a notice of conditional offer from Vista Meranti to acquire all the remaining shares in Intan not already owned by Vista Meranti or parties acting in concert for RM2.25 each.
