BURSA Malaysia Securities Bhd has commenced de-listing procedures against two Practice Note 4/2001 (PN4) companies, CHG Industries Bhd and YCS Corp Bhd.
Both had failed to regularise their financial condition within the prescribed timeframe pursuant to paragraph 8.14 of the Listing Requirements and paragraph 5.0 of PN4.
