TOKYO (AP) - A subsidiary of Japan's top airline, Japan Airlines Systems Corp., has filed a 10 billion yen (US$91 million) lawsuit against rival All Nippon Airways for allegedly violating a patent on its corporate online booking service, officials said Tuesday.
Japan Airlines International, a JAL subsidiary, started the online booking service in 1999 to allow employees of corporate customers to book flights over the Internet.
