PROPERTY developer LBS Bina Bhd could attract a lot of interest in the coming months as investors weigh the latest developments at the company, particularly its exposure to the China market, analysts said.
LBS, which has strong credentials locally, has entered the China market through its maiden project in Zhuhai, on land it inherited from Instangreen (M) Bhd, which it took over in 2002.
