Indian giant sets sights on KL

NIPUNA Services Ltd, the business process outsourcing (BPO) arm of Indian software giant Satyam Computer Services Ltd, is seriously considering Malaysia as the site for its regional BPO centre. 

Its chief executive officer Dr Prakash Challa said with the growth in demand for BPO services in Asia Pacific, Nipuna saw the potential of setting up either one or two BPO centres, with a total of 250 to 500 people, outside of its homeland India.
