THE adoption of Internet Protocol (IP)-based private automatic branch exchanges (PABXs) has steadily increased in Malaysia as corporations become increasingly aware of the benefits of using IP-based systems over traditional ones.
Within the next two to three years, the number of IP-based PABXs will overtake traditional PABXs, Tele Dynamics Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Takashi Watanabe said.
