LONDON: The global banking system receives a good bill of health for 2004, although China's banks stand out as those most vulnerable to future stresses, credit ratings agency Standard & Poor's said yesterday.
In the developed markets, the leading indicator that clearly stands out is the continued rise in household debt and house prices, which have outpaced economic growth for several years, the agency said.
