Developers still keen on expos

TWO property exhibitions held in Kuala Lumpur last weekend revealed several interesting things about the state of the property market in the Klang Valley.

Firstly, property developers are very aggressive in marketing their products. Many of them who have been holding sales exhibitions still consider it worthwhile to participate in the recent 9th Home Ownership Campaign 2004 (HOC 2004) held at the Mid Valley Megamall from June 24 to 27, and the 5th edition of the Mega Malaysia Property Showcase (MMPS) held at the Putra World Trade Centre from June 25 to 27. Both exhibitions offered attractive prizes, including holidays abroad to visitors.
