ASIA Pacific Land Bhd (AP Land) estimates the Perdana Park medium-cost apartment to be developed by its unit Hotel Fairlane Holdings Sdn Bhd in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang, will generate gross development value of over RM140mil.
To date, a total of 500 buyers have registered for the apartments.
