INTI Universal Holdings Bhd remains open to more mergers and acquisitions to widen its range of programme offerings and strengthen its position for competing globally, according to executive director Dr Lee Fah Onn.

He said the group had been undergoing a consolidation and as a result, there was now a capacity for mergers – Inti had recently acquired Metropolitan College and was in a joint venture with Resorts World Bhd to run hospitality programmes at Kolej Antarabangsa Genting Inti.
