Sngapore's non-oil exports accelerated in May from April, beating market forecasts, fuelled by strong demand from Europe for electronics and pharmaceutical goods, government data showed yesterday.
Non-oil exports rose 11.8% from April after seasonal adjustment, the government's trade promotion body International Enterprise Singapore said. In the year to May, exports grew 27.7% to S$11bil.
