TOMORROW will be D-Day for Kris Components Bhd. At an EGM, shareholders will vote on a proposal to dispose of the company's existing operations to Amtek Engineering Ltd, and on another resolution proposing the injection of Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd (MVC) by IGB Corp Bhd into Kris.
IGB shareholders had approved the deal at an EGM on May 31.
