BACK in the 1990s, very few people had contemplated between setting up a multimedia graphic software distribution company and going to “school”.  

But Frankie Hsu, who is now chairman and chief executive officer of Taiwan-listed GrandTech C.G Systems Inc, believed he made the right decision by leaving personal computer maker Acer Sertek Inc, to set up the company and then pursue his study.
