TOKYO: Komatsu Electronic Metals Co, an affiliate of Komatsu Ltd, will increase its manufacturing capacity for 300mm wafers at its Nagasaki plant, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported.
The upgrade calls for an additional 30,000 units a month by the second half of the next financial year to March 2006.
