Oriental Holdings Bhd (OHB) said speculation that it may give up its 60% stake in Oriental Hyundai Sdn Bhd and acquire 34% of Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd is baseless. 

“Oriental Holdings Bhd wishes to clarify that the statements pertaining to OHB giving up its 60% stake in Oriental Hyundai Sdn Bhd to Sime Darby Bhd and OHB acquiring DRB-Hicom Bhd's 34% stake in Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd are baseless and without foundation,” the company said in a statement to the stock exchange. – AFX-Asia
