KLCity Unit Trust sees RM30mil sales from new fund

KLCity Unit Trust Bhd (KLCUT) is confident sales from its latest equity growth unit trust scheme, KLCity SmallCap Fund, would reach RM30mil during the initial offer period ending June 28. 

The new fund, with an initial size of RM150mil comprising 750 million units of 20 sen each, is structured to provide capital appreciation by investing primarily in small-cap stocks on Bursa Malaysia and the Mesdaq market, with market capitalisation of less than RM500mil during the point of purchase.
