Radio drawing more listeners aged over 12

MORE people aged 12 and above in Peninsular Malaysia are tuning in to the radio, according to Nielsen Media Research's (NMR) latest radio listenership survey. 

The first radio diary sweep for 2004, which NMR conducted on behalf of Airtime Management & Programming Sdn Bhd, Radio Lebuhraya Sdn Bhd and Star RFM Sdn Bhd, showed that 90% (or 12.9 million) of people in that age group in the peninsula listened to the radio for an average of 3.7 hours daily.
