UTAC chosen for wafer test services

SINGAPORE: United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) said it has been selected to provide semiconductor wafer testing services to UMCi, the Singapore-based subsidiary of Taiwan's United Microelectronics Corp. 

Financial details were not disclosed.
