Atlan counts on Naluri buy for better results

Atlan Holdings Bhd expects to turn in a better performance for the year ending Feb 28, 2005, boosted by the acquisition of a 32% stake in Naluri Bhd, which is targeted to be completed by the third quarter, said executive director Datuk David Woo.

“Naluri should contribute positively to the group's earnings and provide the synergies to further growth of our core businesses, which consist of hospitality, duty-free trading and manufacturing,” he told Starbiz in an interview in Kuala Lumpur.
