LONDON: Barclays Capital, the investment bank division of Barclays Plc, is to hire up to 3,000 more people over the next three years in a bid to become one of the world's top bond houses, the Daily Express said on Tuesday.
The British paper said Barclays had reportedly been briefing headhunters in the past few weeks to look for players in the fields of US junk bonds, energy trading and the commercial mortgage-backed bond market.
