BEIJING: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has given approval to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to set up the long-awaited special board for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing them with a platform to raise much needed capital to finance their businesses.
The news was carried on the front pages of the three main stock market newspapers – the China Securities Journal, the Shanghai Securities News, and Shenzhen Securities Times.
