CHASE Perdana Bhd (CPB) shareholders voted unanimously for the company's proposed warrants extension at an EGM yesterday but had to adjourn the warrantholders meeting to May 31 for lack of a quorum.
Managing director Tajuddin Atan said holders with at least 50% of the value of the outstanding warrants had to be present to make a quorum, but only 4 warrantholders and 25 warrantholders in proxy representing 12% of the value turned up. CPB has about 5,600 warrantholders.
