Leader Steel Holdings Bhd is undertaking an expansion exercise for its manufacturing operations. Its group managing director Goh Cheng Huat, in an interview with DAVID TAN, talks about the rationale for the expansion and why the group is not affected by the plunge in the price of long steel bars
