MORGAN Stanley Capital International (MSCI) announced yesterday that six stocks – Bandar Raya Developments Bhd, CIMB Bhd, Malaysian Bulk Carriers Bhd
, Malaysian Assurance Alliance Bhd, MK Land Holdings Bhd and Transmile Group Bhd – would be added to its MSCI Malaysia Index as of the close of the market on May 28.
Besides heavyweights Malayan Banking Bhd, Tenaga Nasional Bhd and Telekom Malaysia Bhd, other counters that are already components of the index are Maxis Communications Bhd, Plus Expressways Bhd, SP Setia Bhd, Genting Bhd, Commerce Asset-Holding Bhd and IOI Corp Bhd.
