MALAYSIA and the United States signed a Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) here on Monday, paving the way for a formal bilateral forum to address trade issues and help enhance trade and investment between the two countries.
International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz signed on behalf of Malaysia, and Trade Representative Robert B. Zoellick on behalf of the United States.
