SARAWAK Enterprise Corporation Bhd (SECB) has embarked on a restructuring exercise to transform itself into a major utility and energy player in the state.
To that end, it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to buy out the state government's 55% equity interest in Sarawak Electricity Supply Corporation (SESCo).
