WELLINGTON: Feltex Carpets Ltd, the largest carpet maker in Australia and New Zealand, plans to sell NZ$271mil (US$171mil) of shares in what would be New Zealand’s biggest initial public offer in five years.
Feltex will sell shares at NZ$1.70 to NZ$1.95, the Auckland- based carpet maker said in a statement.
