Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd could see an upward re-rating when it finalises the water privatisation agreement for Selangor with the Federal Government, AmResearch said in its research paper last week.

Puncak Niaga will be involved in water supply privatisation in Selangor through its 70% stake in Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas), which will take over the management of Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor Bhd (Puas).
