·UNIPHONE TELECOMMUNICATIONS BHD said its restricted offer for sale of 17.03 million shares has been oversubscribed by 5.8 million shares or 34.07% over the total number of offer shares.
Under the restricted offer, Uniphone offered Sapura Telecommunications Bhd to its shareholders at RM1.70 per Sapura share and RM1.60 per Sapura share to parties not related to Uniphone. – AFX-Asia
