TWO nominees of the MUI group of companies, which holds a 22.5% stake in Chemical Company of Malaysia Bhd (CCM), were not re-elected to the CCM board at its AGM yesterday.
A CCM statement to Bursa Malaysia said Khet Kok Yin and Ooi Boon Leong @ Law Weng Leun had failed to win re-election. Khet is the managing director of Pan Malaysian Industries Bhd (PMI), which is part of the MUI group. Ooi, a lawyer by profession, is also on the board of PMI.
