CHINAS growing appetite for mobile phones and laptop computers will continue to drive chip demand that will surge in the coming decade, says Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd (TSMC) chairman Morris Chang.
The founder of the worlds largest manufacturer of wafer chips was speaking at the CEO Summit of the Boao Forum for Asia here on Sunday, where he painted an optimistic picture of the semiconductor industry going forward.
