BERLIN (AP) - Germany's annual inflation rate rose slightly to 1.1 percent in March, boosted by a rise in tobacco tax, the government said Wednesday.
The year-on-year increase in consumer prices compared with 0.9 percent in February, according to the government's Federal Statistics Office.
