GOLDEN Hope Plantations Bhd (GHope) expects its profit for the second half of its financial year to June 2004 to exceed that of the first half due to higher crude palm oil (CPO) prices, said chief executive officer Sabri Ahmad.
For the six months to December 2003, GHope posted a net profit of RM179.96mil compared with RM118.83mil a year earlier.
