THE niche cards segment is set to be a new trend in the Malaysian credit card market, said MBF Cards (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd president Al Alagappan.
Alagappan told Starbiz that to be able to differentiate itself from other players in the industry, a credit card issuer must be able to understand consumer demographics and socio-cultural needs so their spending were directed at getting value for their money.
