Petronas Dagangan Bhd has introduced a new Kad Mesra programme in collaboration with RealRewards as part of its commitment to offer customers a more rewarding and convenient service.

Featuring a fresh new look with exciting new benefits, the new Kad Mesra uses a point-based system unlike the previous programme introduced in December 1998, which offered a 1.4% rebate for every purchase made, it said in a statement.

Cardholders will earn one point for each ringgit spent at any Petronas service station and at over 2,000 RealRewards merchants nationwide. The points collected never expire and membership is free.

Kad Mesra members can also apply for supplementary cards for their family members for free.

Members can redeem a wide selection of merchandise like electronic and electrical appliances, household equipment, Petronas vouchers (redeemable for petroleum products and goods offered at Kedai Mesra), a range of Petronas Syntium lubricants, Petrosains tickets and holiday packages at selected hotels in the country.

Formula One enthusiasts can also redeem Sauber Petronas merchandise like T-shirts, caps, bags, key chains, lighters and Minichamps C21 car models.
