BEIJING: American Express Co and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) said they have signed a deal to issue the first credit card in China carrying an American Express logo.
They hoped to start issuing dual currency cards in the autumn and would target four major cities – Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, American Express Co group president David House told a news briefing here.
