ADVERTISING firms in the Asia-Pacific region will enjoy faster growth in billings this year as a result of the global economic recovery, executives with global advertising firms said during the 7th Asia-Pacific Advertising Festival, which was held this week in Pattaya, Thailand.
The advertising industry will show high sales growth in China and India this year, said Tham Khai Meng, Asia-Pacific co-chairman of Ogilvy and Mather Worldwide.
