Sime Darby Bhd unit Sime Darby (Thailand) Ltd has acquired 993 shares of 100 baht each representing 99.3% of the issued and paid-up capital of Viking Motors Ltd. – Bernama 

IZASAJA Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banjaran Mutiara Sdn Bhd which in turn is fully owned by Dijaya Corp Bhd, announced that it had on March 15 completed the disposal of land held in Ijok in Kuala Selangor, Selangor, for RM34.3mil. – Bernama
