Promet shares delisted from MSEB

The shares of Promet Bhd, a Practice Note No. 4/2001 (PN4) company, were removed from the official list of the Malaysia Securities Exchange Bhd (MSEB) with effect from 9am yesterday. 

MSEB had on Feb 20 announced that the Securities Commission (SC) in its letter dated Feb 16 decided not to approve Promet's appeal against its decision to reject its proposed restructuring scheme, MSEB said in a statement.
